Janet Weisenford

Senior Managing Director, Learning Solution and Analytics
Janet is a learning solutions and analytics expert with more than 30 years of experience leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning solutions.

Janet leads a talented team made up of experts in workforce analytics and learning solutions including gaming, simulation, and interactive eLearning. She helped the Department of Veterans Affairs build a virtual learning environment to prepare medical personnel for disaster response and she works with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to create training for healthcare providers on critical topics including the opioid overdose epidemic. Janet recently led an effort to create innovative learning tools for CDC on infection prevention.

Janet is active in the training and simulation industry, including the Interservice Industry Training and Simulation and Education Conference and as a member of the Society for Simulation In Healthcare. She earned a master’s in public and international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's from New College, Florida. Janet began her federal career as a Presidential Management Intern, serving in the federal government for over 20 years.
